Eight essential oils in the formula help to reduce muscle inflammation, spasm and pain and assist in soothing the ache of sore muscles. Sore Muscle Rub is handmade in small batches and is the perfect salve to rub onto your sore muscles after a day in the garden, a long hike in the woods, or after any activity that uses your body to the max.

Use sparingly and rub into sore muscles until absorbed by the skin.
