WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
No refunds or exchanges.  All sales are final and cannot be returned.
  If the wrong item was sent by mistake, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we'll work on correcting the mistake.  However, for safety and hygienic reasons due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns because they cannot be restocked or resold.

Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we believe you'll love our products.  If you have questions about your purchase, please reach out to us and we'll strive to resolve any issues.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If you're local, you may choose to pick up your order at the Blue Jewel Handcrafted Booth at one of the following farmer's markets:

• San Dimas Farmer's Market located at San Dimas Civic Ctr on Wednesday evenings from 4 - 9 p.m.
• Upland Farmer's Market in Downtown Upland on Saturdays from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. My booth is on 2nd Ave near the corner of 'A' Street.
•N. Fontana Farmer's Market on Sundays from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. in Fontana Park 15556 Summit Ave. 
•Porch Pickup in Upland, CA - address provided when order is ready to be picked up.

You can also choose shipping via USPS for an additional charge.

Any orders for pickup at farmer's markets  must be placed by 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday prior to your pickup date to give us time to pick and pack your order.  Otherwise, your order will be ready for pickup the following weekend.

All orders not being picked up are shipped with tracking via USPS within 1-3 days of order receipt.  You can expect to receive your package 3-5 days after the order ships out.

Please make sure your address is entered correctly.  Once tracking shows your package as delivered, we will not be responsible for misdelivery by the postal service.  While misdelivery is rare, any issues will need to be directed to your local post office.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to all 50 states in the United States along with Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, and the following territories:  American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, United States Minor Outlying Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
All of our soaps, salves and balms and body care products are made using plant based oils and butters, with the exception of items that use beeswax as a base or include honey. We do not use palm oil or animal products.  Please refer to list of ingredients to ensure that the product meets your definition of a vegan product.
