WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final and cannot be returned. For safety and hygienic reasons, due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns because they cannot be restocked or resold. However, if the wrong item was sent by mistake, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and we'll work on correcting the mistake.
Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we believe you'll love our products. If you have questions about your purchase, please reach out to us and we'll strive to resolve any issues.
WHERE DO I ENTER THE DISCOUNT CODE?
Once in a while, I will offer a flash sale or a discount on your order. However, you can get a first time discount when you subscribe to emails. Make sure to enter the discount code in the Order Summary box at checkout. There will be no adjustments or refunds for discounts not entered at checkout once your payment goes through.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders that are not being picked up are shipped with tracking within 1-2 days of order receipt via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on the weight of the package. You can expect to receive your package 2-5 days after the order ships out, depending on where it's going and how quickly the post office delivers to you.
Please make sure your address is entered correctly. Once tracking shows your package as delivered, we will not be responsible for filing postal claims due to misdelivery or delivery failures by the postal service due to incorrect information entered during order creation or delivery mistakes by the postal service. While misdelivery is rare, any issues will need to be directed to your local post office.
If you're local, you may choose porch pickup in Upland, CA. The address will be provided once the order is ready for pickup. Please make sure to enter a mobile number at checkout and that your phone number is entered accurately, as I will send you a text message to arrange for pickup time. If you haven't received a text within one hour of receiving the email confirmation that your order is ready, please reach out to me via email. Please be prompt when picking up your order. I will hand your package to you at the front door.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
All of our soaps, salves and balms, and body care products are made using plant based oils and butters, with the exception of items that use beeswax as a base or include honey. We do not use palm oil or animal products. Please refer to list of ingredients to ensure that the product meets your definition of a vegan product.
INFORMATION ON DISCOUNT CODES:
Throughout the year, we offer discount codes and flash sales that are communicated on social media and via emails. Flash sales are often held when a farmer's market has been canceled. If you have already placed an order that has gone through the checkout process and is complete, we cannot apply the discount code. We also will not cancel the order to reorder using a discount code. All sales are final and no refunds will be given.
