Autumn Equinox Soap

Celebrate the falling of the leaves with this cozy fall-inspired soap bar, handcrafted with nourishing oils along with avocado pit puree for a creamy lather and gentle cleanse. The scent is a comforting blend of Fir Needle, Lemongrass, warm and spicy Cassia, and grounding Sage. Together, they create a scent that feels like a walk through autumn woods. This soap is perfect for cooler days when your skin craves extra care. Avocado Pit contains antioxidants and Vitamin E for extra nourishment when the air becomes drier.

Working with natural colorants and additives sometimes yields unexpected results. The avocado pit puree used in this soap created a unique surface texture that somewhat resembles pebbled leather. I enhanced it by steaming it to create a shiny surface.
